Every morning, first thing I do is check my phone for messages from you. As soon as I got wifi, or even before, you are the first one I’ll text. Just a little good morning text, in the hope you’ll wake up with a smile on your face. Every day, lots of times a day, I think about how I want to hold your hand, take you on cute dates and what kind of dates. I think about holding you tight to make you feel safe and give you little kisses on your head. I think about how this is gonna work out, and for the first time I can only see a good outcome.
